There are 3 famously known layers of our psyche, the conscious, the subconscious and the unconscious part.
The conscious part is everything that you are aware of at a certain moment. It’s basically like the captain’s room from where the captain steers the ship, unaware of everything below that moves the mechanism.
The subconscious part is the mediator between the conscious and unconscious part of your psyche.
The unconscious part is a whole new world for you. No matter how much you know yourself, the unconscious remains a mystery. If it’s known it becomes conscious. It’s everything below the surface. It holds the secrets of everything that constructs your character.
However, there are ways to catch a glimpse of your unconscious layers. This ancient Tibetan test will show you an important part of yourself you didn’t know. It will put many important things into perspective:
